Near perfect review of Agent

My experience with Mike. Mike and Steve run me through several scenarios/options on houses. They assisted in making an educated decision based on my requirements and limitations (first home buyer) However, There were a few bumps along the way. Only some of which were out of the control of Mike and One Agency. A short settlement period resulted in some minor faults. There were some communication / contact issues towards the end of the conditional phase. Other than these notes, my experience first time dealing with Mike, was good overall.
