Professional and personable
Matthew was the secondary selling agent, but we ended up working with him far more than the primary agent. We really enjoyed working with him and he really understood and appreciated the property. We visited multiple times and he was very patient and seemed to know when to tag along and when to give us space. He either answered all our questions or noted them down and followed up later via email or phone. We brought tradies and inspectors along on our visits and Matthew took notes on all the discussions. Although they were done for the vendor, he also provided them to us which was really helpful. Eventually we will be selling our current property and we will likely end up using Matthew. He was both very professional and personable.
Sales duo was seamless and professional
Salim was the lead agent who worked with a junior agent, Matthew Webb, as the sellers agent for a property we were buying. Both were professional, helpful, patient, and personable. We really appreciated that when we made multiple visits to the property that they gave us the time and space to look everything over. Any questions we had were answered or logged and followed up on later. But what really stood out was that through the month long purchase process, the two agents seamlessly handed off to each other based on their availability, without skipping a beat. We will be selling a property shortly and will likely end up using them as selling agents.

Salim was simply excellent. He listened to me, paid attention to details, got things right first time, kept me well informed, worked extremely well between the buyer and seller, was super-efficient (no wasted time at all) and achieved an outstanding result. I trusted that he knew what he was doing because he demonstrated this from the outset. He worked with and was supported by a great team, and achieved a result that was a huge credit to all.
