Carl was excellent across the entire process.

From the start of the process Carl was on the ball. He had answers to when we would challenge him on his approach and has a clear communication style that answered all our questions. His approach to marketing the property was great and ensured we got the most views possible. He was very responsive and would follow up after every open home or viewing. He said his biggest strength was when it came to the negotiating table and this was correct. He is a great negotiator and was able to get the buyer where we wanted them to close the sale.
