A Seriously Strong Team Indeed!

We met the team of Taylor & Strong in 2018 when we bought our little investment property in South Dunedin. We recently had the pleasure of bringing our real estate relationship full circle when they helped us sell the same property in 2025. From the first handshake at the 2018 show home, to the last "i" dotted and the final "t" crossed in 2025, it was a pleasure doing business with them all! Without exception we found them to be good-humoured, punctual, reliable, open, plain-spoken, responsive, practical, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Unafraid to give an opinion or advice, they often helped us navigate difficult choices with down-to-earth input and a balanced perspective. Buying and selling property is never easy and is seldom straight-forward, unless you have the right agents helping you with either side of that transaction.
