Awesome Agent!

Stumbled across Karen's property listing by chance. We have just lost our offer to another property and feeling a little crestfallen that it didn't push through. Little did we know that it was all part of the greater plan since we've had the chance to view Karen's property listing and immediately fell in love with it. What's great was that she advised us that our offer need not be unconditional since we are in a very good position to offer to the vendor just before posting it for another set of open homes. In the current market, where conditional offers are most likely going to trash with the competition of all unconditional offers, we were able to have our offer accepted.
