Impressive is the first word that fits for Graeme. Totally professional, always available to answer questions (no matter how trivial they are) and huge knowledge base in the South Dunedin area. It is easy to "warm" to Graeme and feel relaxed in his presence. His support and friendly manner has helped take a lot of the stress of selling away.
