This is the second time we have sold a home with Kerry. This sale was more emotional for us, as we weren’t quite ready to leave this home yet. However, we knew the time had come, and Kerry guided us through the process with her skills, expertise, confidence, and patience. She was always available to answer our questions and talk through any changes we had around the marketing. Her feedback was thoughtful and honest (and yes — we know she had to mention the stairs more than once!). As we often joked: beautiful house, amazing views… but the stairs! This home was a little trickier to match with the right buyer, but we always believed the right people were out there waiting to discover such a special place — and Kerry made that happen.
