We contacted Carolien after a flyer was posted in our mailbox. We met and discussed our plans. Carolien gave us options and her knowledge of what was happening in the market. Carolien saw the house prior to the reno and gave guidance as to what buyers look for etc. We took the lead from Carolien regarding the timeline to complete our reno and the marketing option that was best for our Mosgiel property.
