Nice to speak to but told some things that did not follow through

Seemed nice and quite lovely to talk to in general, pretty responsive to messages which was great, the only thing was some things were not followed through we asked about, including being told we would get a gift after buying which never happened. Hard to know if the things we asked about (cleaning the house prior to settlement) were followed through with vendor as house was very dirty on settlement
