I met with Nick initially to gather various thoughts and a valuation on my property, in preparation for selling. This was my first house sale. I went with R&H due to them being local, knowing the area, being friendly, approachable and professional, and also providing a valuation that was in the range I thought the property would be able to achieve. Nick and his team were really honest, generous with their time and helpful throughout the entire sale process. I had a lot of questions and worries, with it being the first time selling a house, and also, in my circumstances, due to the property being a significant part of my nest egg. Communication was great, even when I was away during a settlement that didn't go through (the buyer's issue, nothing to do with R&H), answering WhatsApp messages out of hours and speaking on the phone is something i'm grateful for. I think I went into the property selling process being very skeptical. I have come out of it being reassured I aligned myself with someone who understood that acting with trust, integrity and respect is important. It may just be a financial transaction, but completing it the right way was important to me as well. I wish to thank Nick and his team for all their efforts, in achieving a successful sale of the property.
