Exuding comfort and character, positioned on an elevated corner site this spacious home really does stand out from the crowd. The location is perfect for families, with an easy short walk for the kids to the popular Taumata Primary school. The layout of the house is functional for those who love to entertain with large expansive windows and bi folding doors creating a light and pleasant atmosphere, combined with all the modern amenities you would expect from a property of this calibre. The four bedrooms are spacious with built in wardrobes, and a motel sized Master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. If privacy is important to you the owners have certainly made this a priority, with high fences at the back of the property, various fruit trees, box hedging and an aluminium pergola with pull down privacy blinds creating various entertaining areas. Large storage spaces are prevalent throughout the home, as well as additional attic space, large double garage, and additional parking to the side of the home to park the boat or caravan. My owners have added their own personal touches to create their dream home, but now it is time for them to move on. They have secured their next move and motivation is high, call Sally Francis today and make this home your own!
