Three other agents were interviewed as well as Mike when we were looking for an agent. Mike appeared to have the best knowledge of the area and put forward the best approach to the sale. His marketing strategy did not call for much expenditure on our part but showed good straight forward common sense based on his knowledge of the area. He had helpful suggestions on things to be done to prepare for the sale and helped get tradesmen to fix things. He conducted effective open homes from which he obtained further knowledge of market inclinations. The house sold after four weeks on the market just before the covid lockdown in March 2020. Our price objective, which was optimistic, was achieved. We were very pleased with Mike's performance
