From my first call to Dee to the Sold sign going up the experience of working with her was faultless. This is my eighth property sale and although I have been generally happy with the service of previous agents Dee has set an entirely new benchmark. At no point did I feel I was being 'managed' or shepherded toward an outcome that was less than optimum in the interest of achieving a sale so the agent can move on. She brings the utmost dedication and a genuine desire to achieve the optimum outcome balanced with wise counsel. Her communication is exemplary, and her sunny personality and time commitment prevailed from our first contact. She went well beyond expectations in arranging and co-ordinating the challenges of preparation for sale. Dee navigated the ups and downs of the campaign with calm and optimism and when it came to the negotiation phase, she excelled.
