Without a doubt the best agent we have ever dealt with!

Over the last 12 years we have had multiple dealings in Queenstown Real Estate, and we can honestly say that Gareth is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. We don’t reside permanently in Qtown and were wanting to sell our investment property in Jacks Point. The listing process was thorough, and Gareth was happy to offer recommendations and tailor it to what WE wanted. He also met with us before the photo shoot for the listing to assist with presentation. Gareth is such a genuinely nice guy, honest, thorough, goes the extra mile and is always extremely professional. Nothing appears to be a problem, he pays attention to every detail, returns calls immediately or when next available and was always willing to take our suggestions on board and vice versa. He constantly kept us updated even when there was not a lot of activity and was innovative with his marketing. The property was tenanted but we were happy to trust Gareth making direct contact with tenants to arrange viewings. He kept us fully informed of all inspections and was totally transparent and honest with feedback, even if it was not what we wanted to hear! It was a longish process due to several factors, but he never gave up and we finally got across the line with some innovative input from us all. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Gareth, would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a great hardworking, dedicated agent and in fact have already recommended him to friends and anyone looking for an awesome agent.
