Very pushy, made promises and did not deliver

When commented on the "no show" of the promised documents no reply. The office lady did change our offer with NO consultation with us. Changing the allowable working days for LIM and building inspector report from 15 to 10 days, yet LIM can take up to 10 days to receive. The office lady was to email the promised documents (by Nathan) to our solicitor. This did not happen and then suddenly requested payment for those documents (LIM and Building inspectors report from a previous failed offer). I was ready to walk away from this property. I Consider Najib real-estates behavior unprofessional and borderline failing to adhere to the Real Estate code of practice. Would I use Najib Real estate again? Certainly not. Would I recommend Nathan or his Real estate? No.
