We sold when there was a dip in the market and interest rates were high so it did take longer than we thought it would, but once a buyer was found Damien negotiated well to get the best possible price for our home and make the deal happen for all parties.

I found Damien professional but easy to get along with, knowledgeable about real estate, cooperative, punctual and willing to negotiate with buyers. Although the price obtained was less than expected I believe this was due to market conditions at the time rather than any shortcoming on his part. I would be prepared to use his services again.
