Overall great experience, Dianne went the extra mile to help us secure a property.
We went to Paihia in February wanting to buy a property. We had been in touch with agents to let them know what we were looking for. While in Paihia we looked at homes with four or five agents. Dianne got the brief right and took us to homes that fitted our brief. We had looked at School Road earlier and it was outside our price range. After returning to Napier the price dropped, we put it back on our possibilities. We went back to Paihia with another list of houses to look at. Dianne was great that day and dropped everything to let us view a house we hadn't originally asked about. We looked at School Road again and felt it ticked most of the boxes. Dianne was great at communicating with us throughout the process. On the morning after our offer been verbally accepted, Dianne came to our motel early to sign the paperwork as we were travelling back to Napier. Since we signed the paperwork and have been communicating via email or txt Di has been great. No question is too much trouble for her. She has given us lots of local advice and has made the transaction smooth and less stressful for us. It's difficult when we don't live in the area where we are buying but Di has made it a lot less stressful. We feel confident that we have made the right decision.
