Hi Di, I'm in residential sales designing and selling new builds so well experienced in the field of sales transactions. I came to the bay of islands for a fishing trip, I have come up for the last 9 years fishing and love the area, before I came this year I had short listed a number of homes I wanted to view. You were one agent who had listings I wanted to view and there was another company (quite a sizable company through NZ) I spoke to, I spoke to three agents in that company and between you and them you were the only agent who got the brief. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with, no way did I get pressured into making a decision, no way did I get rushed to view the property and the extra things you did to help piece the deal together was awesome like the recommendations and advice, I can tell you now if the agents I was dealing with on the other properties had your listing this purchase wouldn't of happened!
