Great attention to detail

Anita is a fantastic property manager, and we’ve been really happy with the service she provides. She has excellent attention to detail and always keeps us well informed about the overall condition of our property, including any maintenance issues that aren’t necessarily related to the tenants. This gives us plenty of time to get things sorted before they have the chance to become bigger or more costly problems. She is also an excellent communicator and always keeps us up to date with any changes relating to the tenancy. When it comes to finding new tenants, she makes the whole process easy and keeps us informed every step of the way. We really appreciate Anita’s friendly, proactive approach and the care she takes in looking after our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great property manager.
