We recently sold our home at 22 Halse Place, Ōpunake with the help of Tara and we’re genuinely grateful for the effort she put in. It wasn’t a quick sale — it took around 11 months — and there were definitely moments where it felt like a long haul. But throughout the whole process Tara stayed positive, kept in regular contact, and never made us feel like we were on the back burner. That made a big difference during the slower patches. She’s easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and honest with her feedback, even when things weren’t moving as fast as we’d hoped. We always felt like she was working in our corner, following up buyers and pushing things along behind the scenes rather than just waiting for something to happen. Looking back, while the timeframe was longer than we expected, we felt supported the entire way through and appreciated her persistence in getting the result across the line.
