Mark and Shelley marketed and sold the family home in Otatara which was owned by my mother's estate. In this situation, Public Trust were technically the vendor. Mark and Shelley followed the appropriate lines of communication with Public Trust but in addition to this also managed to keep our family (who all live outside of Southland) well informed of progress with the sale with their personal communication and progress reporting. They were professional throughout the process and achieved a timely result. This was important to us as we all live in other places and dealing with the upkeep of the property was therefore not a simple task. We enjoyed dealing with Mark and Shelley and very much appreciated the good work that they did for us and would recommend them.
