we used mark to buy rentals and then we had a break from him. and we really regretted it because although the new agent was lovely we felt he didnt do the best for us , so we came back to mark. To be honest hes not into long chats, or small talk , hes direct, all communication is short and sweet. so if youre new or nervous about the process im not sure he'd be for you. but hes really good at his job, we have both bought and sold and he does his best for you, whether youre selling or buying. hes tenacious , he doesnt give up and a superb negotiator and we are really grateful to mark.
