...Are the words that flashed through my mind when I had to come up with a Review Title... We met Kathryn through one of her Open Homes when we were looking to buy, some years ago. At that time we went through quite a few Open Homes, at least 10 or more and not a single agent ever asked us if we would like an appraisal of our home, when they rung us in the evening. Not only that she had her little props (go and check out for yourself), she knew every little detail about the house she was selling, while keeping the sensitive details about the vendors private. Kathryn has the ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of her vendors and accordingly supports and nurtures the strengths and strengthens the weaknesses. You can tell that she has a rich background in dealing with people. Every question had an answer, every answer had a research behind it. It’s buyers in one corner, sellers in the other — but Kathryn’s in the ring, cool as anything, keeping it fair, keeping it moving, and making sure everyone lands what they came for.
