Sale of family home
Marc assisted us to understand the best way to sell our house and the best way to promote it. He worked well with the other agent, Hamish, and they met out needs with a timely sale of the house which had been in our family since my parents moved there in the 1950's. Both of them listened to us first and then guided us with advice on the process and showed considerable determination to ensure a good sale was made. I would gladly use Marc again should I need to sell a house.

Hamish had excellent market knowledge and was able to bring in interest from property developers and it was a developer who bought the property. We certainly earned a premium in the price but more importantly it was a relatively prompt sale which allowed my mother to move.
