Responsive and to the point

Dan is up front, to the point, and reasonably frank about what he does and or does not know about a property. Where he does not know, he will go check and actually gets back to you! As a bonus I have not heard any of the classic "agent" phrases from Dan like "That's all standard", or "It's got good bones". Through our buying journey we interacted with approximately 10 - 12 agents and Dan was one of only 2 who followed through with providing viewings at additional properties. Which was much apricated.
