Fair minded, professional and responsive
As buyers our perception of real-estate agents has always been that they only act in the best interests of the vendors, and in our opinion this is a perfectly fair expectation. However in the case of this purchase it felt like Grant's role was more one of negotiating an amicable agreement between us - the buyers - and the vendors so that both parties could come away feeling as though they got exactly what they wanted, and we really appreciated that. We found all his communication to be very professional and he was always contactable and prompt in responding to our messages. He also took the time to clearly explain the purchasing process, and guiding us through each step up to the point where we appointed a solicitor, which we found very helpful given the number of years since our last purchase. All up I'd say it was a very positive experience.

Got the job done
