From the viewing to moving in everything was stress-free and in all honesty pleasant and enjoyable. Both Richelle and Tracy are very friendly, approachable and understanding. Richelle kept me updated from the moment I sent my application until the moment I collected the key and then a follow up to check everything was good. Very knowledgeable and thorough - highly Professional. Above and beyond my expectations. Was a huge help having my power, phone and internet transfers all sorted by the team too..... completely hassle free👍 My new rental is in great condition and I'm very happy and confident going forward with The Professionals overseeing the property management.
