Professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my tenancy.

I rented a property managed by Mark Real Estate Professionals and found the team to be professional, approachable, and easy to deal with throughout my tenancy. Communication was always clear and timely, and any queries or maintenance requests were handled efficiently. They were especially understanding and accommodating when my circumstances changed and I needed to extend my end-of-tenancy date, responding promptly to my request. I was also pleasantly surprised during one of my routine house inspections when an agent presented me with a gift box after I was recognised as Tenant of the Month. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel genuinely valued as a tenant. I would happily recommend Mark Real Estate Professionals to anyone seeking professional and considerate property management services.

Good Comms

This was our first time renting. The property advisor Madison was so easy to deal with, she explained everything so clearly for me and my fiance who is based in America. I pick up our keys on the 15th of June and everything is ready for move in.

Excellent communication

I cannot recommend Maddi & Richelle highly enough. They have been the best property managers I have ever dealt with. Throughout my tenancy, they have always listened to my concerns and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Any questions I have had have been answered promptly and clearly, and they have been incredibly helpful with the process of moving between rentals. Their communication has been outstanding, with emails and phone calls always responded to quickly and with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Their support, reliability, and genuine care have made what can often be a stressful experience so much easier. I am very grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend Maddi & Richelle to anyone looking for a property management team that truly cares about its tenants.
