Professional and thorough

I found Lydia and Dan great to deal with in selling our orchard. They had very good knowledge of all aspects of the running of a rural business and guided us along the way, helping us avoid potential issues and pitfalls we were not aware of. They kept us informed of developments at every stage and had a good handle of what was going on from all angles. They are friendly and relaxed but also understand that this is a big step for the vendors and purchasers and were sensitive to this. They went out of their way to help and ensure a stress free process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Relax and trust Lydia's vast experience and professionalism to achieve the best sale possible.

Lydia has strong communication skills and is able to connect with people very quickly. She made me feel at ease with the process and took time to explain strategies, marketing ideas and the ways in which we could best present the property. She also listened to my suggestions and I found we were able to work collaboratively to achieve the sale. I loved her practical, straightforward manner and valued the vast experience and knowledge she has, particularly when it comes to rural properties. Lydia is very professional and hard-working, and genuinely seeks the best outcome for her clients. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

This is my second time selling a lifestyle property with Bayley's. Lydia and Dan make an excellent team, professional, great communicators, friendly and personable. They came up with appropriate marketing strategies in a difficult market. Would definitely recommend.

Great Results

I so enjoyed working with Lydia and Dan. Having the 2 of them was a great idea. I felt I was in good hands from the very beginning. Also, both communicated with me in a timely manner. Marketing is vey important and I felt comfortable with both Lydia and Dan explaining the pros and cons. Seemed like a lot at first but in looking back it was money well spent. They were both very professional but at the same time very easy to talk to. I highly recommend both Lydia and Dan.
