Jana Stove was incredibly professional and gave her time and support to help me purchase my first home. She was never pushy, and I never felt pressured to make an offer I wasn't comfortable with. I really appreciated how Jana responded to all of my questions honestly and promptly. If she didn't have an answer straight away, she would let me know, quickly find the information from the right person, and get back to me as soon as possible. Throughout the entire process, it genuinely felt like Jana was on my side, helping me find the right property. At no point did I ever feel like I was just another commission.
