Buyer's review
Team Bakarat for the win !!
Jamie was amazing to deal with from the very first message I sent. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the property, and was so helpful without any hesitation. Jamie’s support made the process easy and stress-free every step of the way, he was respectful with timings when needing anything from me and helped ensure my offer was delivered on time. The brochure that was given for the home had majority of the information I needed, and the minor details I requested that were not in there Jamie sent me with great speed. It was a wonderful experience having a dedicated agent that stayed engaged throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Jamie as your first time agent or your next, if purchasing again he certainly will be mine!
Seller's review
Pragmatic with his approach and excellent communication
Jamie understands the Hamilton market well. He presented information clearly with good comparisons so we got a good feel as to where our property was in the market. He kept us informed along the way and made recommendations without putting pressure on us.
