We had a really great experience when buying our house through Alli. She was genuinely lovely to deal with — attentive, quick to respond, and always happy to help. She was honest and transparent about the house, explained the buying process clearly, and never made us feel pressured or “sold to.” During a long settlement period, she also made sure the house and gardens were kept clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. It all felt very genuine, and that she had our best interests at heart.
