Looking back on the experience, things that mattered included the confidence that Wei Sen knew what he was doing, his advice was sound, he enjoyed his work, he was professional. We found up to date communication and availability were very important, he was honest about what was going on. Selling is inherently stressful, nothing can fix that. We were very pleased to have Wei Sen and Co on our side through the process, and came away with a good result.
