Amazing agent and team

My wife and I recently sold our house with Richard and his team and our experience with them was amazing! We could not recommend Richard enough, from the time we first contacted him to list our house until it was sold, the whole process was so easy and seamless. One of Richard’s strength is his communication skill, he kept us informed throughout the whole process being honest, open and always followed through with what he said. We had a reasonable timeline to get our house listed and him/his team managed to get us a multiple offer after our first open home and our house was sold unconditionally after 10 days on the market above listing price!
