exceptional communicator, good understanding of the market in the area we wanted
Melissa was always on time, was attentive, listened to our needs, was willing to show us more properties as we failed to buy at auction. She was a friendly disposition and more importantly to me she is "real" (Maybe except for the ridiculous shoes "sorry personal joke"). I found her to be interested in us as people and after selling our investment property late in 2024 she knew us well, we chose her again with confidence when looking for a new investment property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Melissa to anyone interested in finding a real estate agent.

We had used Melissa to buy our house and so we wanted to continue the journey and let her sell it. The market knowledge was great and the communication was fantastic.
