Professional, patient and motivated!
My experience with Nick Earney was nothing but excellent. He approached our sale needs (dissolved relationship) with empathy and with a plan to navigate between the two of us so we felt comfortable and educated the entire time. Nick had fantastic communication, setting up a group chat to share updates, reports & feedback from open homes. Talked us through each step and made sure we understood every aspect and gave us options to help our selling experience be as smooth and worth while as it could be for the market we were aiming to sell in. Nick was always available for questions that we had throughout the process and never made us feel like weren’t valued. I appreciated his patience as I was overwhelmed with the selling at first- but Nicks kindness and wealth of knowledge and experience put my anxiety at ease quickly.
