Blake really did his research around both houses sold in the area as well as potential for development. We were very happy with his approach. Blake was really enthusiastic and very honest. Easy to contact and always happy to listen. Blake had to also deal with my mother who is in a rest home and his approach with her was very caring and encouraging. We would definitely work with Blake again.
