Dishonest about post settlement repairs
Babak persuaded me to go through with the house sale on settlement day as he promised he would organise a repair that became apparent only at the pre-settlement check. After the sale he did not return my calls or emails and did not complete the repair. I had to get someone else to organise the repair more than a month later. Babak had been great up to settlement. But do not agree to any post-settlement work from him.

Babak made the whole process smooth & easy to understand. It was a seamless sale and excellent advertising. On top of that he is a good person with good values, which was a priority for me with something as personal as selling my home. I Would definitely recommend & use again for any future real estate needs.
