Del was enthusiastic about the property from the start.

We felt that Del truely liked the property and that energy would flow to prospective buyers. Del maintained that energy to the end and it was a bit of a process and we had to reduce our expectations, through all that Del remained positive. In the final negotiations Del did brilliantly to extract all the available value for us at that time in the market. Great at communicating as well , we always felt fully informed.
