Selling / buying property these days seems fraught with pitfalls and gotchas. Micheal was able to steer us through all of it with his friendly relatable and knowledgeable approach. His wariness and caution of any potential liabilities gave us confidence and trust in his abilities. From dealing with Body Corp on our behalf (which changed companies during the sale process just to complicate matters), liaising with our lawyers, minute details such as detailing the chattels and personally attending the building report survey. I have lost count of the number of open homes and the hours Micheal has put in to this sale. The market is slow and he persuaded us to allow him to persevere when we were ready to give up. This proved to be the right decision. He achieved the sale, obtained our price and we remain very grateful. It has been a real pleasure working with Michael and the rest of the Lodge team.
