I had called Nathan early on after I was appointed Executor of the property and explained that we had a job in front of us to dispose of the contents including "THE GARAGE'! This took some months due to the remoteness of where we live in the Far North, balancing our own property needs with a pet - Hamilton won timewise in the finish. Task almost completed I called Nathan to discuss way forward. This was was short and concise with Auction being the only option for a quick result. Advice due to the run down state of the interior (exterior and internally sound) to not do any detailed tidy up as market would see that the interior was vey tired and in need of a total makeover. The Auction procedure was painless and proceeded exactly to plan. Weekly feed back on progress and viewing details were provided backed up with phone calls. Although I could not be present for the Auction as was in the South Island I was able to watch/listen to the Auction live in the comfort of a Bar! I set the Reserve at the Valuation figure I had been given independently and the reasonably lively Auction process determined the price just under that value which was acceptable to me. Overall a very professional experience by Lodge with Nathan as the driver. Over the years we have bought and sold on a number of occasions and this was the the most stress free of all. Thanks.
