Run like a well oiled machine

We worked with Kristina and Blair (mostly Kristina) with the sale of our property. We got 3 appraisals when we went to sell and from start to finish Kristina was so easy to get on with, making the daunting experience of selling a house with a toddler easy as, which is one of the many reasons we chose her to act for us. She gave us some cheap and easy things we could do to get the property looking ready for sale without over capitalising and listened when we discussed what we needed and wanted from this experience. Photographer Arie took brilliant photos as always and made our house look perfect! The way Team Blair Pointon communicate through WhatsApp means everyone is on the same page and messages are reaching who they should be in a timely manner. We recieved an offer after less than 2 weeks in the market and went unconditional 10 days later, and through this Kristina kept us up to date with anything that we may have wanted or needed to know. She never failed to answer our questions and talked us through when we were unsure of something. You can tell Ann works hard in the background to support the team and make sure everything is running smoothly and it shows. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristina and the team to anyone wanting to sell their house. They work hard and you certainly get results!
