Yvenna walks the EXTRA mile for you

We first crossed paths with Yvenna serendipitously. As we were living in Ak we asked a few rudimentary questions about a property in Rototuna, and I honestly didn't expect much of a response. A few days later after the property was surprisingly still on the market, we got a nice email from Yvenna which was quite unlike most money hungry agents, in that it had a very personal touch so I phoned her and confirmed that she was genuinely proactive and accommodating in fact. At this stage I liked the sound of Yvenna but was still somewhat dubious in view of my low estimation of RE agents and as we were popping down to peruse a few properties in Hamilton, we arranged a time to meet up with her at the property we had initially inquired about, but with a weather eye on a nearby property listed with a different agent. When we met up with Yvenna in Rototuna, it was clear within 5 minutes that we didn't like the property we saw and mentioned to Yvenna our interest in a nearby property advertised by another agent. So she offered at zero notice to arrange immediate access to the other property that we were also interested in. She had to chase up the agent for the key but that was absolutely no issue for Yvenna! we were in and perusing house #2 just 30 mins later! Thanks to Yvenna walking yet another extra mile in finding us the perfect Conveyancing team on the same day (Easter Friday) and then walked us through the whole process to enable us to present an immediate offer for it. The "extra mile theme continued! because the previous owners quite frankly left the shed out back full of junk! so on the day of possession when I grizzled about it to Yvenna she immediately got on the phone to one of her many contact tradesmen and although it was also a public holiday, she arranged for him to come over and 30 mins later and he removed ALL the junk in the shed for us on the spot! Yvenna certainly has a network of capable people to call on! What can I say, Is there a better agent in NZ?
