I had the great fortune to meet Jayde at an open home whilst browsing for a downsizing property due to a change in circumstances. Her calm and friendly demeanor where a welcome change of pace and I engaged her as a buyers agent very shortly afterwards. Jayde brought a wealth of local knowledge and insight of the real estate market in general and once I had settled on "the one" She ensured the offer process and paperwork side was handled with minimal fuss.
