Very competent agent

We asked Angela to market our house because she had previously shown herself to be very knowledgeable and helpful when we had purchased another property several years before. She visited and assessed the house, made some very good suggestions about what should be done to facilitate the sale, introduced us to some excellent tradesmen who were able to very promptly do the work suggested, and then after offers were presented recommended that we accept an offer which was better for us but actually disadvantaged her.
