Local & Loyal with Heather & Kevin

They make a great team working well together. They have alot of knowledge to help you selling your property. Great at communicating with everyone concerned.

Both Kevin & Heather were very professional throughout this journey. . You could tell they have had many years of experience together . They put our minds at rest and went above and beyond to help us achieve a great result. We chose them for the local knowledge of our area and being locals themselves makes a difference. They are honest with you from day one and are very down to earth to deal with. They want the best for you and try very hard to achieve your goals. We were very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend having them as agents.

I was always able to contact them with any questions I might have. Everything went through in a straight forward manner.

Selling our home of more than 30 years was a daunting and frustrating task in the lowest Seller’s market ever, hence lower than CV sale price, which was to be expected in the current market. We found Kevin and Heather very friendly, helpful, loyal, responsive and with an excellent knowledge of Real Estate in Conifer Grove and surrounding areas. Heather and Kevin worked very hard and stuck to the task of our weekend Open Homes for a very long stretch of time, were always very communicative and kept us in the know with regular feedback on the Real Estate market’s movement. They appreciated our excellent position with wide estuary views and tranquility. We are extremely happy with our dealings with them both and would highly recommend their professionalism and loyalty.

We had a fantastic experience working with Heather and Kevin while buying our home. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always kept us informed throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and supported us every step of the way. We’re so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!

Heather and Kevin were outstanding throughout the sale of our property at 4 Neralee Court, Conifer Grove. They demonstrated genuine professionalism, strong communication, and an exceptional work ethic from start to finish. Their proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best outcome gave us complete confidence in the process. This experience reinforced why we chose local agents—Heather and Kevin’s deep knowledge of the area and market connections ultimately delivered the result we were looking for. Highly recommended.
