I have been very fortunate to deal with Ben. We had been on the lookout for the right property for a while. During this time Bens determination & persistence made me feel at ease and valued knowing he was genuinely working hard at finding what I was looking for while at no stage did I ever feel pressured or “pestered” like some agents do. I feel he has got the balance just right. My needs were always listened to & taken into consideration and nothing was ever an issue, all too happy to work around my schedule to take calls and make viewing times. Buying a house can at times feel overwhelming, Ben made me feel at ease and once we found the ideal house he really helped things go smoothly from start to finish.
