With over 10 years' experience in logistics, Fia brings a strong background in customer service, organisation, and problem solving. Over the past 7 years, she has managed both her own properties and agency properties, building great relationships with owners and tenants along the way. Fia believes honest communication and trust are key to successful property management and enjoys helping people achieve the best outcomes for their investments. Outside of work, Fia enjoys a calm 5-knot day out fishing, spending time at the beach with her dogs or keeping up with a wide range of sports.
