Easy selling from a distance

Sheryl was approachable and always happy to answer my questions. I live up north so was good to have someone I could trust on the ground. She offered to do the little jobs that can't be done if you're not there. She dealt professionally with an unusual and probably difficult house to sell. Her instincts about buyers were bang on.
