Shelly and the rest of her team have looked after our property for over 10 years. Living out of Oamaru Shelly has to arrange all maintainance and all tradesmen she uses have been excellent. Everything from new tenants to inspections go so smoothly from my end but that is because of how hard they work. Communication is outstanding and I never have had to follow up on anything ever which is rare these days. The whole team are always helpfull and great at problem solving and also so cheerful. If urgent work is required by the tenants it is resolved very quickly by the out of hours times on some of Shelly's emails. I would recommend the rental team at Hookers to anyone.
